Christian M. Grupp

CEO

Christian Matthew Grupp was born in Missoula, MT, and has since moved across the country several times before he moved to the Coeur d'Alene area in 2004, which he believes to be the most beautiful place he has lived in yet. In early 2005 as his father, Matthew P. Grupp, Esq., started The Grupp Law Firm, PLLC he assisted in both the IT world and in his Business practice, he continues to maintain the IT infrastructure and Web-site. In the late Summer of 2007 Christian opened Ardent Flame Designs, LLC.

Christian's largest reward is in seeing the happy results of a successful deployment, and satisfaction in the business owner's eyes as he is able to delve into work with a new efficiency. His second largest reward is in the friend's he makes along the way, with communication being key to every project, he spends many hours communicating with client's, coworkers, and strategic partners; each new conversation with a person, and each new person he meets always brings a new and exciting experience. Logan Wilson

COO

Logan Wilson is a talented individual, with a driven focus to guide the operations of Ardent Flame Designs, LLC. He is the COO of the company, and in addition to the directing the day to day operations of the company, he is also the smiling face that will welcome you to the firm. Logan has proven his excellence in managing large volumes of projects and contact leads, as well as his ability to direct and provide timely support to our clients.

Logan has shown an early aptitude towards the world of Information Technology, to include serving as the lead technician of an Apple Store while attending Saint George's School. After Preperatory School, Logan began his career with Ardent Flame Designs, starting in the role of the project manager of the company's support arm. Upon showing continued excelence in client attention, and project management, he brought his driven nature into the management side of the company.

He is now in charge of maintaining the day to day operations of the company, as well as assisting Mr. Grupp in the long-term visions of the company, and the continued integration of the different arms of the company.

In his time outside of the company, Logan is a large proponent of the sports of fencing, polo, tennis, sailing, as well as reading. In particular Logan is a fan of the works of Edmund Burke and Voltaire.

Seth Francis

Systems Manager (Subcontractor)

Seth was born and raised in Sandpoint, Idaho, and brings over 7 years of technical experience to the company. Always enchanted with flying, he became an enthusiastic young pilot at Spokane Falls Community College/Univercity of North Dakoto Flight School. During his time at SFCC Seth studied Aviation, Economics, German language and Culture, and International Studies. Seth also practiced his German and French language skills during a semester in Lübeck, Germany, followed by an extensive tour of Europe.

In 2004 Seth went to work for Intermax Networks, which has become the de facto Fixed Wireless Internet Service Provider in North Idaho. He started as an installation technician, and quickly worked his way up to Network Administrator/Engineer. At Intermax Seth developed advanced internetwork routing and systems skills while building and managing a cutting edge wired and wireless network.

Seth started working with Ardent Flame Designs in September 2008. Seth provides extensive assistance with routing, VPN, and security services. Seth also assists with server management, back-up strategies, as well as assistance in shaping the direction of technology. Seth is currently studying towards his Cisco certifications, to include advanced certifications in security and wireless networking.

Since a young age Seth became enchanted with the outdoors. He has always taken quickly to hiking, camping, rock climbing, and skiing/snow boarding. During a few summers he worked in a youth program at the US Forest Service. Through high school, at Sandpoint High, he studied Music (Classical and Jazz), Photo Journalism as Photo Editor of the Cedar Post, and Computer Science.

Michael Arnaldo

Design Lead (Subcontractor)

Michael Arnaldo was born and raised in San Francisco, CA. He brings over 7 years of experience in the technology field to the company. Michael has provided technical assistance to clients in the San Francisco and Silicon Valley areas since 2002. In 2003, Michael began extensive studies in graphics design, and has been offering design services to clients throughout the nation. Michael has been assisting Ardent Flame Designs since its founding in 2007.

Since Michael began design work, he has worked on design projects ranging from twitter applications, UIs (User Interfaces) for web applications, social networking web-sites, banking systems, small to medium-business web-sites, and promotional marketing for web-sites.
