Ardent Flame was founded in 2007 in response to a need articulated by local businesses for custom web-development. After several months of work on custom web-platforms, Christian M. Grupp found that the need ran deeper. SMB (Small to Medium-sized Businesses) were often not just needing to properly position themselves on the web, they were also in need of consolidation of their technology systems to a single point of contact, something Christian had been doing for several years at The Grupp Law Firm.
With this vision, Christian assembled a highly-qualified team to bring together a complete IT solution for businesses; allowing the SMB business owner to make one stop, and have all of their needs serviced. After thosands of man-hours, and extensive testing with prototype businesses, Ardent Flame emerged with the principles of what the SMB market needs from IT services. Scattered IT services with a different vendor for websites, another for the office computers, another for back-ups, another for telephony, another for e-mail hosting, and many others for the different components can now be a thing of the past. This allows the business owner to focus on what he does best, and work with a personal, qualified team.
Not only has this model been successful in getting tasks accomplished with dramatically less of a headache to the management, it also has provides for a much more efficient integrated solution, as the right hand now knows what the left is doing! And by pooling the common parts of the services together, it has enabled Ardent Flame to bring Enterprise-grade tools to the SMB.
